Here’s a list of some household items that will get more expensive from Monday July 18:

Pre-packed, labelled food items like

  • ·         Curd, Lassi, Buttermilk (5% GST)
  • ·         Paneer (5% GST)
  • ·   Jaggery of all types including Cane Jaggery (gur), Palmyra Jaggery (5% GST)
  • ·         Khandsari Sugar (5% GST)
  • ·         Natural Honey (5% GST)
  • ·  Puffed rice (Muri), flattened or beaten rice, (Chira), parched rice (khoi), rice coated with
    sugar (Murki) (5% GST)
  • ·         Rice, Wheat, Rye, Barley, Oats (5% GST)
  • ·         Wheat & Meslin Flour (5% GST)
  • ·         Tender coconut water (12% GST)
  • ·         Rice Flour (5% GST)

Now only natural air (which we breath) is out of ambit of India’s tax Structure. But there is no any guarantee of this Government.

There will be chances in future of levying tax on Natural Air, which we Breath.

Concusion:- Inflation may rise due to rise in prices of above mentioned essential commodities. And there is no doubt that this will affect the pocket of general public.

The effective date of these changes was also taken in between i.e. (18th July 2022). This is totally ridiculous.

GST Council जोमात,

सामान्य जनता कोमात!
